Wilford W. and Dorothy P. Goodwill Humanitarian Building (Social Work)

The College of Social Work’s Wilford W. and Dorothy P. Goodwill Humanitarian Building was made possible through private donations that ranged from $1 to a lead gift of nearly $2 million from Wilford and Dorothy Goodwill. The contributions from students, alumni, faculty, staff, and friends created a 15,000-square-foot addition to the original social work building that features a state-of-the-art clinical training center, a community meeting room, and a technology-enhanced classroom. The building dramatically enhances our students’ educational experiences—whether they are onsite in the clinical training suites or in St. George benefiting from the distance education technology. Additionally, these private gifts created a space in which we engage the community as they join us for health seminars, social justice presentations, continuing education programs, and hundreds of other unique events every year.
